Before we crow about our opponent’s gaffes- and this goes for both sides- let’s remember that this country elected George W. Bush, who has said maybe eleven words correctly ever. As much fun as gaffes are for the press, actual people might not give a shit, and harping on them too much may actually make your opponent a more sympathetic figure.
After tonight, I’m convinced.
