Love Will Save Your Soul by GROUPLOVE | Live @ Spaceland 30.AUG.10

Tested out the iPhone 4’s video capabilities last night. Also rendered some effects using the CinemaFXV app. Pretty good, I think. Even more surprising is the audio quality, which is raw/unaltered.

Live on Later with Jools Holland (14-May-10)
via perpetua:
I love the way James kinda comes off like a thick, boxy version of Morrissey as he performs this song. This song! It takes me there every single time. There, as in, you know, that perfect place only the best songs go. Music heaven, basically.

I would really like to meet and be friends with Mos Def. He seems super chill and intelligent and humble all the time.

No Special Effects by Jason Segel ft The Swell Season
—
Last night, Jason Segel got on stage during The Swell Season’s LA show and performed a song he wrote himself. (If you’ll recall, Segel wrote actually wrote all the music for the Dracula puppet musical in Forgetting Sarah Marshall.) It’s nothing short of hilarious and the best thing you will see today.

New cut, live from Vegas. This reminds me that it’s been awhile since I’ve seen Lucas, Tad, and the rest of LVD live… I should remedy this.
